Well, I have 4 lvl 70's, on an alliance server. But since I have my Belf rogue, I don have that much interest anymore for alliance since I have played it for so long time.
I have experience in Karazhan/Gruul/Magtheridon/TK and SSC
And last, I also have experience in MC/ZG/BWL/Onyxia/AQ20-40 (not that that is needed anymore
